  • We are currently implementing Service Now across our IT organisation and want to deliver a cohesive CMDB that looks beyond the infrastructure centric data delivered by the Discovery Module
  • Relatively new to the platform (<6 months) , though I'm a certified SNow System Admin and have completed the Discovery Fundamentals Training about 4 weeks ago. We have been really impressed with what Discovery has delivered since we deployed it about 4 weeks ago
  • Want to learn the "right" approach to service mapping as we move to deploy it within nbn
  • Cool thing... I once took part in an on stage Illusion with David Copperfield in Las Vegas.
