Hi my name is Yew Hoong Ng, located in Melbourne. Working for Servicenow as a Senior ITOM consultant, my 6th week here.

I am getting skilled up in all the SN ITOM products, with very little SN experience so far. Hope to understand how all the ITOM applications will work together. I have previous around 20years experience with enterprise management/application management working with CA/Tivoli/Netcool products. Would like to see how Service Mapping can help clients more service aware.

Have 2 young ones is a great adventure in itself. Play a bit of badminton and squeeze in some cycling when i can.

My name is Vincent. Work at ITAPPS Malaysia currently. I have implemented ServiceNow for more than a year. I want to know the usefulness of each platform of ServiceNow and how to implement it. What is the best solution for business users. I most want to know the setup step of ITOM from the course.

I am working for Inok Systems as a Senior Consultant based in Singapore. I have around 2 years of ServiceNow implementation experience. I am attending this course to get ITOM certification. I have recently implemented Service Mapping and Discovery for a customer. It was an interesting experience and learnt a lot. 

I like to travel and learn about different cultures.
