Getting this error even though created admin and user roles

Hi @BonthuM ,

 

As per your Screenshots, Names are not correct. Please check the screenshot and rectify the names and try it again.

Role name should be HHD_admin not only admin or HHD.admin. (In your screenshot HHD_ is missing.).

Did you create the role with the correct name, and are you validating it with the correct user?

Yes  I create the role with the correct name

Then it could be an instance issue, which is quite a common problem these days—sometimes the answers aren’t getting validated properly.
