Getting this error even though created admin and user roles

As per your Screenshots, Names are not correct. Please check the screenshot and rectify the names and try it again.

Role name should be HHD_admin not only admin or HHD.admin. (In your screenshot HHD_ is missing.).

This was very helpful, thank you. However, the guide itself does not mention this and has a screen shot showing it as just "admin" and just "user" which undoubtedly is what is causing the confusion.  Not saying this to complain as I was able to easily enough find this. But other might struggle so might be worth updating.
