Getting this error even though created admin and user roles

Hi @BonthuM ,

As per your Screenshots, Names are not correct. Please check the screenshot and rectify the names and try it again.

Role name should be HHD_admin not only admin or HHD.admin. (In your screenshot HHD_ is missing.).

If my answer helped you, please mark it solution accepted and helpful.

I found this solution very helpful. Thank you.

I noticed that the roles that auto filled in ' Let's add roles...' in Studio were admin and user. When you continue the actual role names created by the system were x_snc_hhd.admin and x_snc_hhd.user, ie without the hhd_ prefix.

Using this solution I created the roles manually using hhd_admin and hhd_user creating the x_snc_hhd.hhd_admin and x_snc_hhd.hhd_user.  With these the Validation worked.

Perhaps if you had manually entered the roles in the Create wizard adding hhd_ to the offered roles it may have worked.  As it is the screenshot in the training appears to be slightly at odds with what actually happens.

I'm so glad I'm not the only person having this issue - I looked at #8 on my learning module, and I don't have notes to add a new user or new admin, and the task keeps failing.

As to the comment about only a percentage needed to pass, true ,but the next lesson depends on this one validating correctly

Hi @Shelly2 ,

Follow step 7-  click on "Create new role" link and you will find screen like below and then you can provide role name here:-
