Team, I have openened case 2 days back for my webassessor last name correction, but no one responded till now. This is very disappointed with the servicenow support team. Can anyone help me to assist with the case CS0349479 immediately. I have to register for CSA exam today. Servicenow Team, please assist me.

Support cases usually take time as they have huge no of cases to deal with. You can mail to certification@servicenow.com.
