I am using PDI.

 

In the upper right corner, you can see the avatar for the administrator.

It's uncle.

 

I want to change this avatar,

I don't know how to change it. teach me please.

Hi @JapanTokyo ,

 

1. Go to your Service Portal with your user account in your PDI.

https://yourInstanceId.service-now.com/sp

2. Click on your profile in the right corner in the Portal Home Page

3. Click on Profile and the above page will open . Click on the upload picture button and change the Default picture. It will reflect in the native UI as well. If it didn't reflect even after following the above steps log out and log in again.
