Termination

Hi,

I had recently took the exam for CIS-Hrsd but unfortunately my exam got suspended without any warnings.

I raised a case in now learning portal, later 5days I received an update from the team saying they are terminating me for one year and not to take any certificate and they took the certificates back which was there in my account and blocked the access completely.

Please someone help me on this.

Hi @Usha Rani - Sorry, we can't help you with this here in the Community. ServiceNow would only have done that because they suspect you took some action which is a serious breach of their terms and conditions. I'm sure they told you what they believe you did wrong?

Hi @Usha Rani ,

No one from the community can help u here. It is only Servicenow who can. There must hav been something wrong done hence they revoked everything else they would have done that.

Sorry to hear your case. As you already got reply from case that is final one. The reason can be

Some unauthorized activity took place during exam.

The voucher you got maynot be taken from authorized way.(as I don't have background about your voucher)

You can take a follow up with SN and asked for reason to block you.

But fact is no one on community can help here, sorry once again.

I guess no one from the community eam can help you on this issue. There must have been something wrong done hence they revoked everything else they would have done that.
