Exam Security Review Delayed 23 Days - Need Escalation Help

<p Hello Community Managers,
My exam was abruptly terminated mid-session by an OnVUE proctor 23 days ago. I strictly dispute the claim of a policy violation. My exam registered a "PASS" before the termination happened.
I have opened a support case through Now Learning, but I have received zero human responses despite following up. My account is completely stuck. Could a community manager please internally flag this case for the Credential Security Team?
