Hi I just finished Welcome to service now , and Now its asking me to do service now fundamental on Demand which is 300$ USD , 

My Question is after paying 300$ and doing on demand servicenow fundamental course , I still have to pay for the Exam or Exam Fees is already included in this 300$

yes, $300 is for on-demand course only, after that you have to buy exam voucher which will cost around $400 ( you can check) .

If you have nowlearning account through your employeer ( partner portal ) then this $300 will be off for you but still need $400 ( or learning credit ).

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, anyone or everyone must complete this training. Now question about the fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher: After completing training, you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applies. The voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.
