Updated Training and Certification Resources
We have refreshed some of our resources that are available on the ServiceNow website.
Our updated Learning Paths guide provides a clear overview of the latest courses and certifications for specific roles. You can view paths for implementers, system administrators, and developers.
We also updated the Certification Guide and Certification FAQ. The Guide provides an overview of the benefits of being ServiceNow certified and what certification options are available depending on your professional role and selected learning path. With the Certification FAQ, you can find answers to frequently asked questions related to our certification program.
Highlights of the Madrid Release
The Madrid release included updates to existing courses and new classes (including self-paced). You can view information about our available offerings on the website.
Additional Updates:
- We shortened our release cycle, which means you get access to updated training offerings sooner. Training and Certification now launches updated curriculum and certifications within 15 days of the official product release.
- More on-demand content is coming soon! We look forward to offering more courseware to address newer and more specific training topics beyond what our live classes cover. You will be able to take on-demand courses at any time.
