We would want to actively promote ServiceNow on demand training within our team.  We are wondering if it is possible to have 2 resources, have access to the learning progress of 25+ people in order to assign modules for completion and validate progress.  

 

Since not all modules provide a formal certification, this view would be very helpful for us.

When you say support ITSM, means in your org you are supporting a customer for ITSM and you want your team to do the trainings.

We support the ITSM and ITOM modules for 2500 IT staff and 120K users.  We do not support the HR modules or the other modules.   The platform team supports the overall platform and are our tier II support.   We do not have access to platform admin type functions with service now around training credits and other training.    We would like to coordinate servicenow training for our 25 people though.

Hi @Ralph Hand - sounds like ayou just need to talk to your platform team. As @Dr Atul G- LNG has said, they have access to the training data for your organization via the ServiceNow Partner portal. 

The servicenow centralized control model fails on so many levels for our organization.  We should have gone with a different product for ITSM.
