We would want to actively promote ServiceNow on demand training within our team.  We are wondering if it is possible to have 2 resources, have access to the learning progress of 25+ people in order to assign modules for completion and validate progress.  

 

Since not all modules provide a formal certification, this view would be very helpful for us.

To be blunt, @Ralph Hand, it sounds like the failure is with your organization's processes, not ServiceNow.

 

Within your organization's ServiceNow platform team, somebody holds the role of 'Training Administrator'. That person has the ability to assign ServiceNow training to staff members, monitor their progress and verify when training is completed. I would have thought you just need to co-ordinate with that person on your specific needs regarding your 25 people.

 

Or am I missing something, or not understanding what you're after?

You need to see in your company who is in contact with SN and that person is right person to guide you forward.

We have talked with that team within the organization and they are not willing to allow us to do that.   The answer to the original question is, no then.
