Unable to access ServiceNow University

Hi Community,

 

I am unable to access my ServiceNow University and always getting https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home?auth_failed=true&id=lxp_landing_home without any successful login to the page.

I have tried multiple options as mentioned in the different community posts, however I am still facing the same.

I need to get this resolved quickly to complete my certificates.

@Jim Poisson can you please help me with this?

I was able to login to ServiceNow University without issue. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
