Unable to claim CSA voucher, even I have completed the course in nowlearning portal

Hi All,

I have successfully completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course via the Partner Portal. I understand that this course makes me eligible for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam voucher.

However, I’ve noticed that the Now Learning portal UI has changed recently, and I’m unable to locate the section to claim my voucher. The portal now redirects to ServiceNow University, and I’m unsure of the updated steps to proceed.

Could you please guide me on how to claim the voucher and proceed with scheduling the exam via Webassessor?

Hi @KesireddyNaresh , on ServiceNow University, you can find your vouchers under My Learning -> Next to your picture, there is an icon called "Vouchers"

Navigate to - https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard

Check in image - left side- we have Vouchers. Click on it and you will be able to see your vouchers.

OR

Directly navigate to https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/view-all/vouchers/vouchers -- After login to servicenow university.

On completion of on-demand course content, you will receive voucher to your email and can also be located from ServiceNow University portal from below link

Sometimes the voucher might be not available and can be easily fixed by raising a support case with Now Learning team from below link

Once the voucher is available, go to Web Assessor link and select Register for an Exam, select the exam center and proceed till confirmation or payment page and provide the voucher details and exam will be booked automatically.

You have to link your serviceNow account to your webassessor account through any other email than the one you're using in your serviceNow profile. 

NOTE: You must first identify the exam you're going in for through your webassessor and purchase the voucher to make it appear on your learning profile in serviceNow university.

When logged into serviceNow University, do the following:

1. Go to home

2. Click start learning

3. Locate and click 'My Learning'

4. On your profile (with a light-yellow background), you'll find voucher at the top.

5. click the voucher to open and claim it. Copy the voucher code and paste in webassessor to complete payment for your exam.

6. Confirm and receive confirmation
