Why did the Quick Survey not work after training?

Received a survey Monday evening 10:35p. I tried to fill it out this morning (Tue 10:30a) and I see the survey, and before I can finish reading the first question, the screen refreshes and take me to a page without the survey. Seems like it is the home page for the University. It says "University of <name>" Tried to go back, and it did the same thing again. Tried to go back to the email and select it from there again, and the same thing happened. I had another survey from earlier (5:35p) and it did the same thing.

go to the SN University and select the Help Centre in the top menu:

There will be option to create case to get support from ServiceNow
