Unable to claim the CSA

Hello All,

I am unable to claim the CSA voucher. While doing so it is redirecting me to the payment page. I have completed all the pre -requisites:

1) Completed the CSA course and earned the voucher.
2) Account linked with Webassessor and reflecting the same.
3) Working with Partner Company/organization.

what else I need to do? Please help me out.

This is just a minor point, and I'm respectfully letting you know simply for your future reference:

Regarding your answer above, it's not correct that CIS exams are free for all employees of SN partner orgs.

CSA and CAD exams are free for that group, but if a partner org want to support their employees taking CIS exams, they have to either pay or use learning credits. And partners are only allocated a limited number of learning credits per year.

 what do you mean by you’re unable to. if you don’t work for a partner, then you need to  pay to get the voucher and take the exam.
