Unable to download resource material

I did Servicenow Fundamental learning course in August, Yokohama version. At that time I was able to download the course material in Zip format. It was in inkling book.

Now the same link to download the file is not working and I really need to practice to give the exam.

It used to look like below screenshot. 

How can I retrieve these files?

Not sure about your link,

"ServiceNow Fundamentals" course has been retired and replace with "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals"

Apologies, yes, I meant Servicenow Administration Fundamentals. I have the access to the ebook, but there is a link to download the resource material that consist of files on which we practice including the capstone project. Please check below screenshot 

Upon accessing the link to access English material, I get below error.  Now without these files, I cannot practice. And that's where I am stuck.
