Unable to Transfer account from company I have left

Hi,
I am having issues transferring my account from my previous employer to my personal account. I no longer have access to my previous account and I am still listed as Main Administrative Contact for my old employer.
My personal account does not appear to be valid for logging in to Now Support so I can't find a way of raising a case.
Not sure what to do next .
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What personal id domain (like gmail ,yahoo etc) that you are using which is not valid with NowSupport?
Generally it works fine with gmail.
