You should go back to whoever brought up that requirement and make the requirement way more specific. If they come up with such a requirement, have them share which guideline they are talking about, which training they are talking about. This is just throwing some vague requirement out there.

@Mark Roethof is absolutely right. There is training and resources available on Platform Security but that's likely to be different to what you have been asked to look into.
