Hi Community, this is first of many posts, I expect!
I am currently working my way through a Service-now implementation and we plan to go live in 6 weeks.
I have to start getting all the users trained and ready for this new solution, I would like to see some example User training guides to help me develop my own, unfortunately I can find any!
We also have three groups a user could fall into, Basic user, Super user and then Admin, has anyone here had a similar separation of users and that could advice me on how you tackled training or what privileges on the Service-now environment each user had?
Thanks,
JM

I clicked on the link but got "Access denied \n You are not authorized to access this page. "
I'm logged in, so am I to assume that I'm still a newbie and not worthy to drink from this fountain of knowledge?

Hi Jamie,
You can get it (and other documents on the Nashco website www.nashcosolutions.com ) registration is required but it is free for any Service-now users. If you want to contact me directly I can also email it to you.
