Video not showing in Now learning.

I've been trying to do my Application Development Fundamentals on Demand course in now learning but I'm being blocked when the video in the lessons won't show up. As seen from the screen shot below, the vid doesn't show and only the transcript is loading for me. The course won't complete unless I watch through the vid.

Also when I check the dev tools console, it shows this error 

I've tried hard resetting and clearing the cache but it won't work for me. Sometimes it would load again after 1 hard refresh but the next vid won't load again. Any ideas on what I should do from here? Any help is appreciated thanks.

Very wired case, did you try in other browser?

I've tried Edge, OperaGX, and Chrome. All have the same problem

The last option is log a Now Learning case and need to wait for update.

I am having the same issue. Was this resolved with some work around?
