How can I change my email account and move my certificates to a new company account, as I have moved from a company to another company?

You could always open a case on Now Learning. Top right menu, Help. Note: It can take some days before ServiceNow employees will respond to your case.

Hi,

You should be able to do this via the Partner Portal.  

Click the circle with your initials in the top right corner then go to: Profile>View My Certifications and click the link 'Search Certification to Map / Transfer'

You will need to know:

  • Certification Name
  • Certification Date (Note if you have completed a Delta this is the date you took the Delta exam)
  • Certification Number
  • Certification Email (The email address you used to log in to Web Assessor to take the certification)

Hello Tom,

Is there a way can find the previous Delta exam Certification number and date? Do we get a new certification number every time we take Delta exam? A reply is much appreciated.
