Currently, there is no scheme or campaign offering free vouchers or free attempt.

You can apply through RISE Uo, but the course will only start in 2027.

Unfortunately, the voucher facility is no longer available. You now have to pay the full exam fee, including applicable taxes. However, if you are working for a ServiceNow partner company, you may be eligible for certain benefits or discounts on the examination fee.

The short answer is no. There is currently no available voucher that offer free certifications. Your only possibility is to pay the cost for attending the certification.
