Hi @KoyaNagendra ,
This is very much normal!!
The process is very much dependent on other experts who are using PDIs, once they release it, it will get available to be picked up bu someone else.
This could take much longer too and support for PDIs has been stopped from ServiceNow.
Unfortunately you need to wait until you are allocated with an PDI for yourself.

Hi there,
Is it it normal to be on a PDI waitlist for 24+ hours? Yes and no. Are you doing something wrong? No.
In general I would say no its not normal. For the larger part of the year there's no waitlist at all for PDIs. Though sometimes (for example when new releases get available), the number of available PDIs do run out. Thats when you hit a waitlist. In that case you are depending on new PDIs getting available. New PDIs get available for example when others releases/lost their PDI (after which those PDI should automatically be cleaned) and get back in the pool.
In this case just wait 😞
Kind regards,

I am not sure, which release you asked on PDI, if you asked for latest D.C. Release the wait time is more. So better take a lower release instance , that might you get quickly ( in my case 2 week, back) I requested for Vancouver and I got in 5 mins and then I upgraded to D.C. release which was done in 30 mins. So give a try also, currently SN is migrating 8000+ PDI to new Data center and due to this wait time can be more.
