Please realize we can't look in your head to just know what you mean by this.
What are you trying to do? What is the requirement? I see nothing wrong on this screenshot. You list shows exactly what it should: all non closed incidents with assignment group and assigned to filled.
Without sharing information in what you are actually trying to do, we can't help.
