Hello community!
I've been a developer in ServiceNow for about 3 years now. I've certified myself with CSA, ITSM, HR and CAD.
What certifications are good to get next? What's in demand? What's your experiences?
My issue is, I don't really have any experience yet with other modules, so I don't really have a clue what's more fun and interesting and such with them. I've checked through the first overview parts of courses for instance for: Discovery, CSM, FSM and SPM. Are there any other good certifications to get?
Tried to get guidance on a good path from my manager too, but was simply told, do what you think is most fun.
But that's hard as I've got no clue so far 🙂

Hi @Joakim St_ckel ,
Instead of looking at a new CIS you should instead look at the demand. To take a certification without any demand will not get you anything, as you will not work with the solutions until the real demand is there.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

Agree with @AndersBGS , I would prefer to get the hands-on where you are already certified. Doing certification without the actual hands on not worth.
You may go for GRC and HAM/SAM if you think it fits.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Yeah, that's where my thoughts are too. To get more hands-on experience first for sure. Really not interested in studying for an exam without first of having worked with it in any way, and then not possibly work with it for a year or more.

Have you considered either of the certified architect roles? Technical or master...you might find that more beneficial for career path.
