Where can i find the EBOOK for enrolled ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand training in SN application, Which can be referred for CSA exam certification?

Can anyone please mention the path or navigation in training where we can get the Ebook. I can't find any email of it.

sure, ebook redeem code will be provided for you when you enter the on demand or online training course. You will not be able to get the ebook prior to entering the cause.

@AndersBGS @Dr Atul G- LNG I am confused. The way AndersBGS mentioned was 'When you enrolled for the ServiceNow Fundamentals training, you should have received a mail for the eBook', but Atul said 'Once you complete the course you will get an email with redemption code'  . I've enrolled in CSA online demand course right not and not received the email to claim the eBook. My question is I won't able to access ebook until I'm done with the course or I am able to ask someone for eBook now? Thank you, both!

Based on my experience, when you enroll in the course and reach step 1/2, there's an opportunity to acquire the ebook. If you haven't received any code, I recommend logging a case with Now Learning for clarification. It appears that ServiceNow may have discontinued the practice of providing ebooks for Admin training.

As an additional note, my friend completed Event Management last year and received a book. However, I recently started Event Management and discovered that ServiceNow no longer offers ebooks for this course.

For the most accurate information, I suggest reaching out to the Now Learning team.
