Where can report technical issues within on demand courses?

Hi everyone,

 

I'm currently following an on demand course and came across a few technical issues with the video material.

Only the virtual assistent is no good in helping you when you have other problems then lab instance issues.

And I can't reporting a case through the normal portal because I need to mention a instance.

 

Who know's the right place to go to?

Hi Atul,

 

do you know, where can I log a ServiceNow learning case.? 

 

I found this date-issue on the learning instance as well, but no place where to log such a finding

Go  to Now Learning

 

On top left - Click on Help

A new page will be loaded - On right you can see Case

 Then click on Create Case

Put the details and course name.

I have an open case and there is some issue on loading the UI of the same course, they give me a proposed solution status hours ago.

However......

At this moment, it seems like the whole nowLearning platform have some issue and give me 400 Bad Request for it.

I guess they still trying the fixed it.
