The flash cards, mock test and Classmarker simulated test were all very helpful. However, I encountered some inconsistencies of information in the correct answers for some of the Classmarker simulated test questions. Some answers would be right one time then wrong another time. Some of the correct answers didn't match information learned in ServiceNow product information and the Fundamentals course.
