Which courses in Now Learning are required to receive CAD voucher?

I have a question about which specific course or courses do I need to take in Now Learning to earn the voucher for the CAD exam? It seems a little confusing as I see in the path Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals and Application Development Fundamentals which both are $500 each. I just passed my CSA last month and that seemed a little more straight forward. Do I need to pay for and take both of these Fundamentals courses to be able to earn the CAD voucher? Is the Scripting in ServiceNow course required to get the CAD voucher or just Application Development Fundamentals course? I am already working on my JavaScript in Code Academy and will later learn it for ServiceNow. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
