ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Hello ServiceNow Community,

I am a final-year Computer Science student and recently attempted the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam using a RiseUp voucher. Unfortunately, I did not pass on my first attempt.

I am highly motivated to continue my ServiceNow learning journey and prepare for the CSA exam again. However, I am currently unable to afford the exam voucher.

I would like to ask if there are any official programs, scholarships, promotions, community initiatives, or opportunities that provide a free or discounted CSA exam voucher for students or freshers.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No buddy there is free voucher or camping for retake you need to pay the amount by yourself only. @PUJITHARANIG

There is no voucher concept anymore.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.
