2. Certificate may expire

Well, we definitely need more information to address your question precisely. There could be many reasons why you see Certification as ZERO (POSSIBILITY IS HIGH THAT YOU HAVEN'T EARNED ANY IN BEST CASE SCENARIO).
If you earned any certificate, then check it here: Verify ServiceNow Certification
Other recommended use case to check further.
1. Make sure using right credentials and logging with ID associated with Webassessor account. Email address is linked to your Webassessor account and used to track certifications.
2. Make sure that if It's micro certification it's not deprecated
3. If having multiple IDs make sure both are merged
4. Best way to validate certificate is by logging to Webassessor account
