After Upgrade to Aus, need to check on the Skipped records.

We have completed the AUS upgrade in our development instance. I have already reviewed the skipped records that were generated during the upgrade.

However, during our team call, it was mentioned that after the plugin upgrade, we should also validate the application skipped records.

I checked the instance after the plugin upgrade, but I could not find any application skipped records. Could someone please clarify how to validate or check the application skipped records after the upgrade? Is there a specific location, report, or process that I should follow?

Any guidance or documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @SatishSuray

Yes, that is also a possible and the best approach. First, upgrade the plugin, then check the skipped records and fix them.

You may or may not get an Application Skip record, but you might see the Skip records reduced after the upgrade. There is nothing to worry about—just follow what is showing in the Skip Records now and address them accordingly.

@SatishSuray ,

Not necessarily every plugin upgrade generates a skipped record. So in your in case if it does not then you dont need to verify anything. The skipped records are present under sys_upgrade_history_log.LIST
