After Wash upgrade, double-click to move items from 'Available' to 'Selected' column no longer works

After we upgraded our non-prod instances to the Washington DC version, the double-left-click to move items from the 'Available' column to the 'Selected' column no longer works for any of the 'Personalize List Columns' (cog icon) feature.
I can still click and move them one at a time, but the double-click saves so much time.
Is this a known error?

We are on Washington DC Patch 2-Hotfix 1

It seems to be working fine for me. Not sure if it can be cache issue but can you try removing cache and try
or use another browser or incognito mode.

I've already cleared browser cache and cache in all our ServiceNow instances. I also tried incognito mode.
This IS working fine in MS Edge; however, not in Chrome in all our instances that are running Wash DC Patch 2-Hotfix 1 and Utah Patch 10a.

Vancouver patch7-hotfix2a
has the same issue, double click stopped working, perhaps even a patch earlier
so I would assume this is a ServiceNow 'feature'
