After Xanadu upgrade server side scripting blocks are showing as empty.

After the upgrade to Xanadu, all scripts(client/server) where the script block are showing as empty and the script block is not editable for any user(admin also.
Please advise here what might cause this issue or any solution to this?
Screenshot of some script include where the script block is showing as empty but actually there is some script in it and getting hidden once the form is loaded

We are facing the same issue post Xanadu upgrade! Unable to view any server side script in our PROD instance.
This is definitely not a cache issue or a browser issue.

@mourya We have the same issue. What did you end up doing ? I am thinking of a support case, but if you can give some information here, it will be great.

@SandeepR2010158 Please upgrade to Xanadu Patch 4, it will resolve as this is a know issue from ServiceNow Xanadu upgrade.

This issue is Permanently fixed in Xanadu Patch 4 release.
Workaround suggested by ServiceNow:
Step 1: If you are using Polaris(Next Experience UI), then change the value of the property "glide.ui.syntax_editor.polaris" to false. If the property is not present, we can create the same and change it to false.
Step 2: Clear the Cache.
Now the script will be displayed in the Script Field.
Note: This workaround will be applicable only when Next Experience UI (Polaris) is active.
