After Xanadu Upgrade Stage are not setting properly in RITM

Hi Team
We are Facing issues in RITM stage , After closing the associated catalog task ,RITM Stage is not set to the value specified in the flow. It will set delivery (PFA) instead of completed and some times others as well.
Please help us on this issue as it is affecting out Xanadu upgrade plan.

Check the stages. It could very well be that you were using OOB stages that were changed with custom labels and now are overwritten by the upgrade.
Check the skipped changes. And if you can't find it: it is a bug, blocking your upgrade. NowSupport should be able to help you faster than the Community, simply because they have access to your system and we don't.

Thanks for the response Mark, Actually its a product issue, ServiceNow clarifies in Xanadu patch 2 version.
