Agents getting blocked with playbook in CSM after upgarding to Zurich

Hi all,
Our agents working CSM worksplace, can't progress in playbook. They get stucked while working with playbook They see the restart option, when they click on it, they get the error" Restart failed". They started noticing these issues after we upgraded to Zurich last month. Worst part is that, this is happening with handful of tickets. The issue isn't constant, so I can't replicate the issue in lowers either.
Any help would be highly appreciated!
