All ATF failed to open catalog item page all the sudden after security upgrade KB2699920

Our ATF failed yesterday with same step when open request form from Service Portal. I have to increase the timeout to 55 to let it run. Looks like the upgrade happened at night causing this but have no clue why. Is anyone experiencing same issue?

What version on your on? ATF is working fine for me. I'm on Xanadu.

Zurich glide-zurich-07-01-2025__patch4-hotfix3-12-23-2025.

After dig deeper and run with different request forms, found that ATF only open slow if those forms have dropdown list with query records from table. If form doesn't need to query table, open time is normal less than 5 seconds. 

Before this version, all less than 5 second loading time. But now for some form, I have to change to 120 seconds waiting time to let open item successfully.

Try updating or repairing the ATF plugin and then test it again, buddy. @xu_lin
