First post as a University user of Service Now for a high volume customer service role (external grants). Since returning from a secondment, the calendar view has changed and is no longer at all useful. It used to list the key information first so you could view your whole calendar and immediately determine tasks and priorities. There ahs obviously been an 'upgrade' and now the timestamp take up the entire description and also places the entries in very unhelpful places. Previously, my tasks/deadlines appeared in a list. I have searched previous forums and other posts and it seems there is no way to remove the timestamp from the information that appears in the calendar. Is this correct? This seems a very unhelpful upgrade - how is the attached calendar view of any use?
Can someone please advise if there is a workaround or a plan to fix this issue?
