Can we get Update set from Dev Instance after Clone has been done

Hi Team,
I took couple of update sets as backup before cloning of dev instance.But unfortunately some are lost.Can we anyhow find those update sets?
Our dev instance has been cloned from Prod last weekend.

If the updates were complete, and by any chance if they were retrieved in your TEST instance, you might want to check there.
If not there, and changes lost are really crucial, reach out to your HI team for assistance.

Hi,
Once the target instance has been cloned over, you're not able to retrieve those update sets.
You'd have to check over instances as has been mentioned or as a worse case outcome, submit a ticket to ServiceNow via your support portal, but that's going to be a lengthy process.
Please always ensure you properly export/backup your update sets before any clone.

You should think of implementing source control ( e.g github) integration to avoid these kind of issues in future.

Hi Arita,
Can you check if you had xml of those update set stored in your local PC, you can reupload them to dev instance. Otherwise you won't be able to get it back. Always make sure to complete the update set and export it to your local PC or some drive.
