Can we get Update set from Dev Instance after Clone has been done

Hi Team,

I took couple of update sets as backup before cloning of dev instance.But unfortunately some are lost.Can we anyhow find those update sets?

Our dev instance has been cloned from Prod last weekend.

If the update sets were still 'in progress' in dev, after the clone you can find them under 'retrieved update sets' (not local).  Then apply them and they become 'local' update sets again.
