Cannot access the combined release notes for Washington release

Hello everyone!

I am reviewing the combined release notes for the upgrade from Utah to Washington for a customer, but since yesterday it seems that the page has stopped working. Whatever notes I try to access, I get the following message:

Does anybody know what could be happening?

Happens to me as well. I would create a ticket with NowSupport for this. Let them escalate this to whomever is responsible (it could have to do with GA of Washington, but the pages should be available).
