I have one query regarding domain separation, can anyone help me with this scenario
I have a customized certification in portal, after filling out the form when i submit the request gets created so if i go to that record the certification is not able to view under selected domain which i submitted so only on Top/Default domain its visible. So what is the reason i am not able to view it or should i create business rule?

As per my knowledge and experience, it should be in TOP Domain not in global.
2nd you need the role / visibility to access that domain. It is too tricky some time.
Also make sure, when you create the record , you must be right and valid domain.
If you read these , you will get more clarity.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
