Catalog generates warning "(g_form)[NOACTION]Could not find UI Action: submit" when trying to submit

All the catalogs which are using MRVS Variables are not working.  Throwing the same error.

If I do not fill in the MRVS variables, Its working {Its getting submitted}.

But if I insert any value in mrvs , Its not working.

is this coming for catalog items which has MRVS in any scope? HR, CSM, global etc?

Yes It is coming for catalog items which has MRVS in any scope.

But strangely its working fine, If a do not insert any values in mrvs and submit.
