Catalog not visible

I got a ask for Catalog not visible when searching, what metadata should the problem holds?? and for the form not appearing what module/metadata should we check to get it solve .Is it functioning as normal or not??

@KiranmaiP Please check if this support article helps https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0750165 also check the user criteria defined on the catalog item and see the user who is searching for the catalog item satisfies the user criteria defined on catalog item.
