Subject: Catalog Task not created when workflow runs (after upgrade to Zurich) 

Hello, 

We have an issue with a catalog item workflow after upgrading our instance to Zurich. 

Problem 

When the Request Item (RITM) workflow runs: 

  • The workflow starts correctly. 
  • The "Set Values" activity completes successfully. 
  • Then it reaches the Catalog Task activity. 
  • The activity is marked as finished almost immediately, but no sc_task record is created and there are no catalog tasks related to the RITM. 

Before the Zurich upgrade, this same workflow was creating the Catalog Task without issues

Hi @SebastianCO 

 

Try repairing the Flow Designer plugin once and test again. If the issue still persists, please log a Now Support case.
