yesterday
Hi ,
I currently hold CIS-ITSM, CAD, and CSA certifications. I recently heard about the ServiceNow Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM) certification and wanted to understand the eligibility criteria.
Is it mandatory for those who already have CIS-ITSM to complete this certification? Also, will existing certifications expire if this exam is not completed?
Any guidance would be helpful.

Hi Akhila,
YEs it is mandatory and a pre requisite for CIS exams/certs.
If you don't do it it wont impact your CSA and CAD but CIS will lapse eventuially.
Also, it is free to do before end of this year.
