I need to clone my environments before updating to a new version of ServiceNow. Will ServiceNow perform the clone for me or do I need to do it?  Thanks!

Hi @kgalloway

You need to raise a clone request in your instance.

@kgalloway  - I recently did the cloning part during December lean time. You need to raise a request with details of instances, date that you plan to do. NOW team would help you with the steps.

Hello @kgalloway

For clone request you will need to place it in your instance, then provide on which instance clone is needed and schedule a date time and provide which profile to be used for cloning which will have preservers & inclusion rule and last you will require a local service admin account to verify before hitting submit.
