Create now support account

Hello all,

When I try to install an app from the ServiceNow Store, it says I need an account on Now Support. However, I’m unable to create an account on Now Support. Does anyone know a solution?

To get now support access, you SN account manager need to allow / map your company and then you in Now Support portal. Please contact with your SN account manager. It is like CSM in backend. Personal id not work here, your corporate id need to map.
